1.What information can I get when I enter the order number?
  • You can check the status of the order. The order has a total of 6 statuses, including Processing, Confirmed, Stocking, Shipping, Completed, and Canceled.
  • You can also track the order, and see where your order is.
2.Where can I find my order number?
  • If you place an order online, you will receive an email about your order number. Or you can just log in to Router-switch.com to see your order number. Also, you can contact your exclusive sales manager for your order number and any other order-related questions.
  • If you are not placing an order online, you can ask your sales manager for your invoice number. Then you can use the invoice number as order number.
3.What does the order number look like?
  • The online order number on Router-switch.com is usually made up of 16 digits.
    For example: Your Order #:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
  • If you are not placing orders online, you can use your invoice number as order number. The invoice number is quite different from the online order number. It is composed of letters and numbers connected by a horizontal line.
    For example: XX-XXX-000000-XX or XX-XXX-000000 or other forms.
4.Can't track package for a long time?
  • Do not panic if the package is not trackable right after you've got the order number. The tracking number will be available only after the package has been sent. Because different types of products require different preparation and delivery times. Some orders need to be transferred from our multiple warehouses. So, the time required for this process may be different.
  • Also, postal or courier company takes time to arrange the parcel, weigh, prepare customs documents, sort & forward packages further along the route.
